Oct. 1, 2003 Dr. Ralph Etienne-Cummings started a two year term as member of the Board of Governors of the IEEE/ Circuits and Systems Society. As a member of the BOG, Dr. Etienne-Cummings will be playing a very significant role in the governance of the IEEE/CAS.
